MEXICO - OZOLOTEPEC (WASHED)

This yummy coffee was produced by smallholder farmers from San Francisco Ozolotepec, a town and municipality in Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. It's a wildly rural place, presenting many challenges that have been overcome to land this quality coffee in your hands. As for processing, once picked these coffee cherries were fermented for 20-24 hours before being washed and dried for 8-12 days. Soak that all in while you're sipping a balanced and sweet cup, with notes of nectarine, pineapple and toffee.
